PED Systems Analyst Support

Position Title: PED Systems Analyst Support
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Basic Qualifications:

• Helpdesk and account provisioning experience
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and be flexible in both schedule and workflow
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
• Experience in communication with customers or external parties
• Working knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Meraki, and Splunk
• Remote management skills
• Software distribution experience
• General network troubleshooting skills

• Experience with financial, payments, or fraud detection systems
• POS support experience, especially with Oracle Simphony

• Provide support for PED rollout
• Document and share the steps of resolutions
• Ensure operational stability and minimal downtime of core retail payment systems daily
• Show empathy to store partners and always seek ways to serve them better
• Establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology, and store partners
• Communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers
• Effectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectives
• Uphold company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
