• Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience, telemetry, cardiac monitoring, IV insulin protocols

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for adult cardiac and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias accurately
• Administer IV insulin protocols and infusions / drips
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress, assessments, and interventions thoroughly in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid RN license in Ohio or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with telemetry and cardiac care
• Strong cardiac monitoring skills and experience with insulin protocols

Preferred:

• Experience in a telemetry or progressive care setting
• Ability to interpret complex cardiac rhythms
• Fast learner with excellent communication skills
