Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably with cardiac/IV skills
Proficiency in IV starts, TELE, and intermediate EPIC electronic medical records
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels
Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with cardiac step-down units and insulin GTT management
Familiarity with cardiac telemetry and complex patient monitoring
Additional certifications such as CCRN or PCI certification

Preferred Education and Experience:

Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a cardiac or step-down unit

Other Requirements:

Availability to work night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
Flexibility to work weekdays, some weekends, including every other weekend
Willingness to float within units as needed
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
