    PCH Community Health Greeter

    Premier Community Health is seeking Greeters to support its mobile clinic, community outreach, and workplace wellness programs, including biometric screenings and flu vaccination events. This role focuses on customer service, coordination, and representing PCH in the community.

    Position Summary

    General Summary/Responsibilities:

    Premier Community Health, a division within Fidelity Health Care, provides comprehensive health and wellness services to community and employer worksites. As a member of our screening team, this position requires travel to various sites in Southwest Ohio for health and wellness events. The greeter is the very first point of contact for interaction with community participants, and represents the initial "face" of Premier Community Health. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Quick critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities are also essential to this role, as the greeter is responsible for maintaining event flow and constructively handling unanticipated related issues. Candidate should have solid teamwork collaboration strengths, and possess a desire for continued professional growth. Candidate's position will be finalized pending successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.

    Qualifications

    Education

    Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED

    Licensure/Certification/ Registration:

    NA

    Experience

    Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience

    Preferred experience: Some previous healthcare work background

    Other experience requirements: Basic knowledge of general screening terminologies

    Knowledge/Skills:

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational/ problem solving skills
    • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds with ease
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and extremely reliable source of transportation
    • Professional demeanor and appearance required
    • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
    • Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality of participant information/data
    • Must have regular access to email and internet to check communications
