PCB Inspector/Touchup/ Modifications Technician

We are seeking experienced candidates for an exciting opportunity in Aurora, OH. This role is perfect for highly skilled individuals with expert-level soldering experience in electronics manufacturing. Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: Starts at $26.00/hour or more depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
• Touch-up and solder SMT and Through-hole components, including fine pitch and SOIC parts
• Install complex board modifications using magnification and microscopes
• Perform visual inspection of PCBs for IPC-A-610 workmanship compliance
• Follow detailed work instructions and specifications from both written and verbal sources
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain productive work relationships
• Track and request inventory supplies as needed
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, including material movement

Minimum Requirements
• At least one year of electronic manufacturing experience is a plus
• Proficient in soldering and de-soldering using hot air stations and preheaters for fine pitch parts
• Electronic assembly experience with repetitive piece part manufacturing
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Live within 20 minutes of Aurora and willing to provide references and employment information at interview

Nice to Have Skills
• Wire assembly experience
• Lean manufacturing experience

Preferred Education and Experience
• Relevant technical training or certifications a plus
• Previous experience with electronic rework and inspection processes
