Job Description:

PCB Draft Engineer
Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite)
Role Overview
This role supports the creation and maintenance of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Printed Wiring Assembly (PWA) documentation packages used on defense electronics programs. The incumbent will work closely with electrical engineers, manufacturing teams, and configuration management to develop compliant drawing packages and support engineering releases. This is primarily a drafting and documentation role.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent plus an Associates Degree in the field of Design and Drafting or two years of related drafting experience. Coursework in at least two of the following is required: algebra, plane and solid geometry, trigonometry, and physics.
Experience: A minimum of 3-8 years of drafting experience, including experience with PCB and/or PWA documentation and engineering drawing creation and maintenance.
Technical Skills: Understanding of PCB manufacturing documentation, experience with configuration management and engineering change processes, and a working knowledge of government drawing specifications.
