Your Contributions:
As part of our engineering team, you will engage in the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and PCB layout to fabrication support and production, tackling complex design issues with cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Your expertise will help shape sophisticated multilayer circuit boards for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications, focusing on maintaining exceptional signal and power integrity.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in high-density multilayer PCB design for high-performance electronic products.
- Extensive experience with advanced PCB design tools, especially Siemens Mentor Xpedition.
- Proven ability to translate schematics into manufacturable PCBs, working closely with hardware engineers.
- Expertise in high-speed digital PCB design and technologies like PCI Express and controlled impedance routing.
- Deep understanding of HDI PCB technologies and the intricacies of PCB fabrication processes.

Desired:
- Experience transitioning designs across platforms such as Altium or Cadence Allegro.
- Knowledge of RF and mixed-signal PCB layouts, and ability to mentor and establish best practices in PCB design.
