1st shift - $22-$23hr
Thru-Hole Solderer PCB Assembler performs duties in assemble of electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to specifications, using hand tools. Reads worksheets and wiring diagrams, Performs basic testing and inspections.
Essential FunctionsPerforms assembly steps for PC board assembly and soldering, chassis wiring and soldering, mechanical assembly and inspection.
Utilizes small hand tools and related production equipment.
Follows operation sheets, engineering drawings and engineering change orders in completion of the assembly tasks.
Exercises care to ensure that each step in the process is completed correctly and that the part or finished product meets the quality specifications.
Performs in-process quality checks on subassemblies and finished products.
Keeps workstation, tools and equipment in neat and orderly manner.
Maintain integrity by using proper attire and adherence to environment practices and procedures.
Understands and complies with all company safety rules, regulations and policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of electronics manufacturing experience
Proficient in basic assembly procedures using hand tools, measuring devices and soldering equipment.
Basic ability to interpret drawings, operations sheets and perform in-process inspections.
IPC A-610 and J-STD-001 Certified
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., 40 hours per week.
