We are seeking an experienced PCAT Lead to lead our welding team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for coordinating daily workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, promoting a culture of safety, and helping the team achieve production goals.This is not a desk job.
