We are seeking a PCA Product Line Lead to oversee the complete production cycle of PCA units, ensuring efficient production flow, effective troubleshooting, supply chain coordination, and continuous improvement. Pay Rate: $28.00 - $38.00 / hour


Duties:


+ Manage PCA production to ensure on-time, defect-free output

+ Establish milestones and track progress with operations & supply chain

+ Lead real-time troubleshooting with engineering teams

+ Own PCA projects from start to finish

+ Partner with procurement on any material shortages

+ Oversee build progress, inspections, and testing

+ Train operations teams on process details and work center steps

+ Coordinate with planning to maintain schedule accuracy

+ Apply sheet-metal & refrigeration knowledge to optimize workflows

+ Track progress daily/hourly, remove obstacles, and update the plant manager

+ Train team members on refrigeration and AC unit build concepts

Position Requirements:


+ Electrical degree or Certification (required)

+ 2+ years experience in manufacturing, AC system production/design, or similar

+ Refrigeration systems & components

+ A/C or air-handling manufacturing

+ Electromechanical systems (P&ID familiarity is a plus)

+ Knowledge of welding, brazing, and special processes

+ Excellent communication & hands-on problem-solving skills

+ Experience in manufacturing project coordination or leadership


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: Associates Degree.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $28.00 - $38.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
