Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

As a Personal Care Aide, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Flexible scheduling with visits available Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You do not need to be available for the entire timeframe; schedules can vary within these hours based on your availability and patient needs.

• Daily Pay option available.

• No Overtime Required.

• 1:1 patient care.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will:

• Assist patients with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Help patients with activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and grocery shopping.

• Provide assistance with nutritional needs and help patients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.

• Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction means a lot.

• Observe and communicate changes in a patient's condition or needs to the appropriate nursing team.

• Follow individualized care plans while providing compassionate, dependable one-on-one care during home health visits.

To qualify for a Personal Care Aide position with us, you will need:

• Six (6) months of verifiable experience assisting with personal care or providing hands-on caregiving.

• Attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.

• Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.

• Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance are required.
