Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Requirements:- Current PCA certification or willingness to complete required PCA training in Minnesota
- Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Brooklyn Park, MN area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients as needed
