Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site technical support for PC systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Maintain and repair IT equipment while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Travel to various client facilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to travel extensively to client locations.
- Experience with network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
