4–6 years of experience in desktop/PC support or a related technical support role.
Strong experience supporting PC hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Outlook.
Experience supporting Apple macOS environments.
Familiarity with Oracle client-based applications.
Experience with Active Directory and networking equipment.
Knowledge of Ethernet cabling and networking protocols such as TCP/IP.
Experience with Device Provisioning (Windows Autopilot).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
Experience with CAD software and technical drawings is a plus.
Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment.
Flexibility to work weekends when testing schedules require support.
