Summary

In this role, you'll answer incoming hotel calls, respond to questions about the property, and manage a high volume of calls with a pleasant attitude and excellent phone manner. You'll also support the team by delivering in-room dining orders and assisting the Front Desk as needed.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Strong typing skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls
• A pleasant, professional phone manner
• Previous Front Desk or PBX experience preferred
