Description of Work
The Accounting Technician II serves in the payroll section of the Budget and Finance Division, with primary responsibilities in data processing, data analysis, policy interpretation, and resolving payroll issues affecting NCDA&CS. This is a fully on-site position located at 2 West Edenton Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.

Minimum Education and Experience

Associate's degree in Accounting from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of accounting experience; or High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and three years of experience in accounting work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
