Payroll Specialist
Tualatin, OR
A well-established construction company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a small, long-tenured accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll and AP experience who can work independently and is comfortable in a hands-on environment.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Bonus: Discretionary
Schedule: Hybrid, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly union payroll for approximately 50 employees
- Manage direct deposits and weekly payroll processing
- Assist with Accounts Payable processing
- Enter invoices and payment information into Viewpoint Spectrum
- Coordinate weekly check runs and approval processes
- Work closely with the Controller and support AR as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of payroll and AP experience
- Experience processing payroll independently
- Union payroll experience preferred
