Payroll Specialist

Temp-to-Hire Payroll Specialist opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for multiple client accounts
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Calculate wages, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll tax filings
• Respond to client payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Qualifications

• Payroll and QuickBooks experience required
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
