LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Payroll Specialist job opportunity for the corporate office located in Pleasanton, CA. This position is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in processing payroll and have human resource experience with benefit administration and workers compensation. The role will be responsible for managing a bi-weekly payroll for 200 employees using ADP Workforce Now, maintain the payroll records, monitor the payroll email inbox, respond to all payroll and benefit inquiries, administer FMLA, workers compensation, and benefit administration, and assist with other accounting and human resource duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of Payroll experience (Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, Payroll Technician)
