The Payroll Specialist/Staff Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining payroll records, reconciling payroll accounts, and serving as a key resource for payroll-related inquiries. This role partners closely with HR and Finance to support payroll operations, reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements. This role also assists with other general accounting functions such as assisting with Accounts Payable processing and general accounting tasks.
