Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to process payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly/biweekly payroll

  • Maintain employee payroll records

  • Review timecards and payroll data for accuracy

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience

  • Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
