$41–$43/hour
Monday–Friday | 9: 00 AM–5: 00 PM
Hybrid Schedule –4 Days In Office

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Etime. Call Mindy 516-748-6871
Responsibilities:

• Process weekly, biweekly, and/or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Review and audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration and reporting
• Manage time and attendance records through Etime
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience using Etime or similar timekeeping systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
