Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN (south/airport area)
Job Type: Full-Time | Associate III

Reports To: Senior Payroll Manager
What You'll Do
Process bi-weekly payroll for employees using ADP WFN
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, deductions
Maintain and update employee payroll records in accordance with payroll regulations.
Handle payroll customer service inquiries from employees in the field as well as management across multiple facilities
Prepare and submit payroll reports (Excel- Vlookup & Pivot Tables highly preferred)
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams
Assist with year-end payroll activities and projects, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
