Payroll Specialist (Mid Level) with a multinational science and technology company in Brea, CA. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:$26.00 - $31.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Description:
Limited scope of work assigned to a small work area. Work will largely center around correct data entry. Support to the rest of the Pay & Benefits delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain payroll and employee information within designated systems.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information for resolution.
- Provide administrative support to the Pay & Benefits delivery team and assist with day-to-day payroll-related activities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, benefits administration, data entry, or a related administrative function.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain employee/payroll data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn payroll and HR systems quickly.
