Location: Iselin, NJ

Compensation:
Pay Range:$110,000 Per Year
Description
Join our team as a dedicated Payroll Specialist in the Northeast Region.
Manage bi-weekly payroll for a workforce of 260 employees.
Handle payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliations independently.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and requirements.
Utilize generic payroll processing systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end, bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce.
Maintain employee payroll records, including changes and deductions.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and process corrections as needed.
Prepare payroll reporting and perform quarterly reconciliations.
Coordinate with payroll services on payroll-related issues.
Qualifications
5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
Experience with multi-state payroll management.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax compliance.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
