PAYROLL SPECIALIST

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and keeping payroll processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  
• Process biweekly or weekly payroll accurately and on time
• 
  
• Review and verify timekeeping, payroll changes, deductions, and adjustments
• 
  
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accurate data entry
• 
  
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions
• 
  
• Process payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and tax documentation
• 
  
• Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll-related activities
• 
  
• Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 reporting
• 
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  
• 2+ years of payroll experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
• 
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• 
  
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills
• 
  
• Experience with payroll and/or HRIS software
• 
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet strict deadlines
•
