Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dayton, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for a growing CPA firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Previous payroll processing experience required.

• Experience handling multi-client payroll processing preferred.

• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, deductions, and reporting.

• Familiarity with payroll software and accounting systems.

• Ability to prepare and file payroll tax reports accurately and timely.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced office environment

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
