I’m currently recruiting for a Payroll Answer Bar Specialist opportunity with a globally recognized, highly sought-after company in Draper, Utah.
This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the largest and most recognized companies in the world. The position is initially contract with the potential to convert to a full-time employee.
Once converted to full-time, employees are eligible for excellent benefits and equity/stock opportunities on top of their base salary.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
Ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll-related issues
Experience with UKG Pro or another professional HR/payroll system is a plus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
2+ years of hands-on, multi-state payroll experience required
Experience with Canadian and/or Mexican payroll is a major plus
Strong understanding of payroll processes, policies, and compliance
Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide knowledgeable support to employees and the payroll team regarding payroll-related questions and issues
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll problems in a timely manner
Respond to employee inquiries through ticketing systems, phone calls, email, and other communication channels
Provide backup payroll processing and reporting support
Assist with time and attendance questions and issues
Interpret and explain payroll policies and procedures to employees at all levels
Assist with manual tax adjustments and payroll tax reconciliations
Partner with the Payroll Tax Team on tax-related questions, reconciliations, and adjustments
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and provide a better employee experience
Maintain a high level of accuracy while working against tight reporting deadlines
INTERVIEW PROCESS
The client is looking to begin interviewing ASAP, so qualified candidates should be prepared to move quickly through the interview process.
