About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist III to support the accurate and timely processing of multi‑state payroll operations. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end payroll processes, partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also support time and attendance systems, reporting, and payroll‑related projects.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Process U.S. multi‑state payroll accurately using ADP GlobalView (SAP)
• Manage weekly payroll cycles, including month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end activities
• Oversee third‑party payroll services, including:
• • Gross‑to‑net calculations
  • Employee payments
  • Payroll tax services
  • Garnishments

Time & Attendance

• Serve as the primary Time Administrator for ADP eTime
• Support system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot time and attendance issues and drive process improvements

Compliance & Governance

• Interpret and apply federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax filings, payments, and reporting requirements
• Support audits, tax adjustments, and regulatory inquiries

Issue Resolution & Analysis

• Investigate and resolve complex payroll discrepancies
• Perform historical payroll research and implement adjustments
• Prepare reports and support payroll data analysis

Reporting & Projects

• Generate payroll reports and analytics for stakeholders
• Support payroll‑related projects, including system updates and process improvements
• Work independently on initiatives requiring accuracy and confidentiality

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi‑state payroll processing
• Must have hands‑on experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP)
• Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors and services
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, filings, and compliance
• Experience with time and attendance systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SuccessFactors HCM and system integrations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
