Description

An established financial institution is seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst in San Antonio, TX. This role supports full-cycle payroll operations for a global workforce while helping ensure accuracy, compliance, reporting, and service excellence.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple employment classifications and locations.
  • Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data, including earnings, deductions, bonuses, reimbursements, and garnishments.
  • Support payroll-related employee lifecycle changes and maintain related workflows and integrations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and provide payroll reporting, employee support, and process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of Payroll Processing, Operations, and/or Analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of Payroll Principles, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of Federal and State Payroll Tax regulations and Wage & Hour laws
  • Experience processing high-volume Payroll transactions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, auditing, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation
  • Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional certification.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Time & Attendance, or similar payroll platforms.
  • Knowledge of international payroll processing and employment regulations.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed or global employee populations.
  • Exposure to Human Resources functions such as benefits administration, recruiting support, or employee relations.
  • Experience preparing payroll tax filings and year-end reporting documentation.
