    About the Role

    • Supporting the Senior Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across our national workforce.
    • Process employee lifecycle payroll activities including starters, variations and terminations
    • Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies
    • Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations and month-end activities
    • Support statutory compliance obligations and reporting
    • Contribute to payroll process improvements and efficiency initiatives

    What You'll Bring

    • Experience in a high-volume or complex payroll environment
    • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and EBAs
    • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
    • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
    • Experience with ERP or payroll systems highly regarded
