LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for a large corporation, including weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring tax and third-party payments are distributed timely. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of payroll experience and excellent attention to detail. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all payroll functions
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including recording hours and processing time records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll best practices
- Compile payroll statistics and monthly/quarterly payroll reports
- Ensure that payroll taxes and third-party payments are processed and paid accurately and timely
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting
- Act as liaison with other departments for resolution of payroll issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of payroll experience
- 3+ years of payroll management experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Multistate processing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
