Payroll Manager
Salary: $125,000-$135,000 + bonus potential
Remote with quarterly travel

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada
• Manage and develop a payroll team in a large corporate environment
• Troubleshoot and optimize Dayforce payroll processes and system challenges
• Ensure compliance with multi-state and Canadian payroll regulations
• Partner with leadership on payroll strategy, processes, and continuous improvement

Qualifications for the Payroll Manager:

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience supporting multi-state U.S. and Canadian payroll
• Experience processing payroll for 5,000+ employees
• 3+ years of direct payroll team leadership in a large organization
• Bachelor's degree required; CPP certification preferred
