Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager’s main responsibilities include managing all aspects of the payroll functions, leading a team of payroll specialists, and ensuring accuracy for all payroll procedures all the way through to accounting.

This position requires a high level of professional maturity and recent relevant 
experience successfully partnering with accounting and executive leadership. 

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory 
role, with a specific focus on supporting manufacturing and distribution environments. Prefer 
experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of wage and hour laws (federal, state, and local) and 
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (UKG, Paycom, etc), Remote Management Tools 
(Zoom, TEAMS, digital workspaces), M&A support, bilingual preferred but not required
