Position Summary

The Payroll Manager oversees payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage and process payroll for all employees.
• 
  
• Review payroll data, timesheets, deductions, and direct deposits for accuracy.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax requirements, and company policies.
• 
  
• Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data.
• 
  
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
• 
  
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee and compensation data.
• 
  
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
• 
  
• Lead payroll process improvements and supervise payroll staff as applicable.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 
  
• 5+ years of payroll experience
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll systems
•
