Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

• Lead U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll operations for a large, geographically dispersed workforce.

• Oversee payroll processing, accuracy, compliance, and issue resolution across multiple jurisdictions.

• Troubleshoot Dayforce challenges following a recent implementation and drive system improvements.

  
  
• 
  

• Manage, coach, and develop payroll team members while strengthening processes and controls.

  
  
• 
  

• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline payroll operations and support organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• 
  

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including extensive U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll experience supporting 5,000+ employees.

  
  
• 
  

• 3+ years of recent, direct payroll team leadership within a large organization; strong systems troubleshooting skills, with Dayforce experience highly desirable.

  
  
• 
  

• Bachelor's degree required; CPP certification a plus. Demonstrated career stability and progressive leadership responsibilities.
