Job Title: Payroll Human Resources Administrator (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour, based on experience
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Human Resources Administrator to oversee payroll processing and support essential HR functions. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, discreet, and comfortable handling both payroll and employee-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Handle tax filings, wage garnishments, and year-end payroll reporting.
Human Resources
- Assist with onboarding, employee records, and personnel file management.
- Support benefits administration and field employee inquiries.
- Maintain HR compliance documentation.
- Assist with employee relations and provide general HR support.
Qualifications
- Experience in payroll administration and human resources.
- Working knowledge of payroll laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
