Payroll & HR Specialist
Target Compensation: 70k-85k

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Specialist to join their team ASAP. The ideal Payroll & HR Specialist will bring strong hands-on payroll experience, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, and a solid understanding of benefits administration and general HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 50 U.S.-based employees
• 
  
• Gather and review payroll inputs, including commissions and employee changes
• 
  
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule
• 
  
• Support benefits administration and 401(k) processes
• 
  
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• 
  
• Prepare offer letters and new hire documentation
• 
  
• Coordinate background checks, I-9s, and E-Verify
• 
  
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation
• 
  
• Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding logistics
• 
  
• Provide additional HR and payroll support as needed
• 
  

Payroll & HR Specialist Qualifications:

• 
  
• Strong hands-on payroll processing experience required
• 
  
• ADP Workforce Now experience required
• 
  
• Previous benefits administration experience
• 
  
• Working knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and general HR processes
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• 
  
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
•
