Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate computations and processing for employee compensation, covering salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings, ensuring full adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
  
• Act as the main liaison for staff questions concerning benefits, leave balances, payroll variances, and general HR protocols.
  
• Manage and refresh employee records within the HRIS system, upholding the utmost standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
  
• Collaborate with internal finance departments and external auditors to assemble essential documentation for financial reporting and compliance reviews.
  
• Organize thorough onboarding and offboarding procedures, guaranteeing all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and timely.
  
• Track and reconcile payroll accounts, promptly addressing any discrepancies to avoid payment delays or inaccuracies.
  
• Keep abreast of updates in labor legislation and financial regulations, adjusting internal workflows to ensure continuous compliance.
  

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 to 3 years of practical experience in payroll administration or HR support, ideally gained within the financial services sector.
  
• Demonstrate advanced competence in payroll management tools and HRIS platforms, with the skill to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
  
• Hold a thorough understanding of payroll tax rules, benefit structures, and employment laws pertinent to the financial industry.
