Position Summary: This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, assist with internal sales processes, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
Scan, file, and organize documents accurately
Maintain office cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked and organized
Track incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
Support internal sales processes and customer interactions
Monitor and manage inventory of PPE and office supplies
Communicate and coordinate with external service providers and vendors
Handle cash transactions responsibly when required
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Previous experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Cash handling experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment: This position operates in a fast-paced office setting and requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
