- Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills-able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and supervisors.
- The ability to work independently as well as on a team.
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- Comfort using a variety of office tools (fax, copier, email, calendar systems).
Education & Experience

- 1+ years of experience processing payroll required.
- Experience with Workday software is a plus.
- Background in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Why You'll Love It Here
- Be part of a people-first culture where your work directly impacts every employee's experience.
- Gain valuable exposure to both payroll and HR-a great foundation for career growth in Human Resources.
- Work in a supportive team environment where your input is valued and your contributions are recognized.
