Description
Kforce has a client located in Norwood, PA seeking a Payroll Coordinator with experience using UKG Ready for payroll. The position is onsite - 5 days/week, 37.5 hours/week.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Review, edit, and maintain employee timecards
- Research and correct timekeeping discrepancies and payroll-related errors
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and other stakeholders regarding timecard and payroll maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively and follow up proactively to ensure day-to-day items are completed on schedule
- Maintain payroll and timekeeping records; ongoing maintenance is the primary responsibility of the role
- Monitor and address issues before they become problems, demonstrating a proactive mindset
- Note: This position does not process payroll; The focus is on payroll support, timecard management, data maintenance, and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll coordination, timekeeping, or a related administrative/payroll support role
- Strong work ethic with a dependable, detail-oriented approach to daily responsibilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
