Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice and consultancy on payroll matters to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
2. Utilize the UKG system for efficient payroll processing, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
3. Develop and implement effective payroll strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
4. Conduct comprehensive payroll audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
5. Deliver training sessions to clients on payroll processes and UKG system utilization.
6. Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.
7. Stay abreast with the latest trends, developments, and changes in payroll regulations and UKG system updates.
8. Provide insightful reports and analyses on payroll activities to clients and management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, with a focus on consulting within the Accounting + Finance industry.
3. Proficiency in using the UKG system for payroll processing and system configuration.
4. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
7. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic payroll solutions that meet clients' needs.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide insightful reports and analyses on payroll activities.
9. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in payroll regulations and UKG system updates.
