Payroll Clerk

LHH is partnering with a large company in Kirkland, WA to search for a Payroll Clerk for their team. This position will be a temporary to hire role and will be a great opportunity for someone to get into a payroll team and build up their career. The ideal candidate will have some exposure or experience with payroll. High attention to detail and accuracy will be extremely important in this position. You will work on a team and be trained, but you must be comfortable navigating through different software platforms. This position is fully onsite in a north location with free parking.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and auditing employee timecards
• Processing employee changes or fixing time discrepancies
• Complete and review I-9 forms
• Follow up with managers to troubleshoot sick time or PTO
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field preferred
• At least six months of professional accounting, payroll, or administrative experience
• High attention to detail
• Able to perform with strong accuracy in a fast-paced work setting
• Professional communication skills

Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
