We are seeking detail-oriented Payroll Clerks to join a growing team. Job Description

As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly and monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Review employee timecards, hours worked, pay rates, and attendance records for accuracy
• Calculate and process commissions, bonuses, employee draws, and other compensation
• Research, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Review payroll exceptions, flagged transactions, and payroll adjustments
• Verify payroll changes, deductions, garnishments, and compensation updates
• Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with management regarding payroll questions and corrections
• Ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information
• Assist with payroll reporting and data analysis using Excel
