Location: Berwyn, IL

Assignment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $24 - $26 / Hour depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes
• Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports for management
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate data flow
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar)
• Understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
