Duties:
Manage end-to-end U.S. and Canada payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now.
Review and reconcile payroll data, including timecards, time-off entries, off-cycle payments, garnishments, and year-end reporting.
Support benefits-related payroll activities, including open enrollment testing and earnings/deduction setup.
Lead payroll projects and continuous process improvements, adapting quickly and driving tasks to completion.
Administer employee benefit programs in compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on eligibility, coverage, and benefits-related issues.
Coordinate annual open enrollment, including materials, communications, and employee education.
Manage vendor relationships, renewals, contract reviews, billing, and compliance reporting.
Oversee COBRA administration and partner with external auditors on 401(k) audits and Form 5500 filings.
Own and oversee the company's full U.S. immigration portfolio, managing submission timelines, audit readiness, and flawless completion of required documentation.
Qualifications:
