Key Responsibilities- Payroll & Benefits Manager

• 
  
• Oversee multi-site payroll operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• 
  
• The Payroll & Benefits Manager will lead employee benefits administration and manage relationships with benefits vendors
• 
  
• Manage payroll audits, tax reporting, garnishments, reconciliations, and related compliance activities
• 
  
• Develop payroll reporting and analytics to support business decisions
• 
  
• The Payroll & Benefits Manager will identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
• 
  
• The Payroll & Benefits Manager will supervise, mentor, and develop payroll and benefits team members

• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary resource for payroll-related questions and issues

Qualifications- Payroll & Benefits Manager

• 
  
• Experience leading payroll and benefits functions
• 
  
• Strong ADP Workforce Now experience required
• 
  
• Thorough knowledge of payroll regulations, tax reporting, and compliance requirements
• 
  
• Previous leadership experience managing payroll, benefits, or HR teams
• 
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
