Behind every successful workforce is a great support team.
As our workforce grows, we're looking for a part time Payroll and Training Assistant to join us and help deliver an efficient, accurate and customer-focused payroll and training service. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and providing high-quality administrative support.
From preparing payroll information and supporting employee onboarding to coordinating training activities and maintaining key records, you'll be an integral part of a team that supports colleagues across the business and helps ensure our people have everything they need to succeed.
You will have payroll experience, a good understanding of terms and conditions of employment, and strong Excel skills. You will be able to confidently manage data, meet deadlines and provide outstanding customer service. Whilst the regular working days for this role will be Tuesdays to Thursdays, due to the nature of payroll deadlines a flexible approach is essential, including the ability to work additional hours when required to provide holiday cover and ensure continuity of service.
