My client, a booming construction services company in Cool Springs, is seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll and Accounting Specialist:

• 
  
• Process multi-state payroll and related employee changes, supporting accurate pay and withholding across changing project locations.
• 
  
• Maintain project accounting records by entering subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders into the accounting system.
• 
  
• Prepare owner billings and project utility bill processing with a focus on accuracy and timely submission.
• 
  
• Process corporate accounts payable, credit card activity, and expense records.
• 
  
• Review certified payroll submissions for applicable projects and support related compliance requirements.
• 
  

Preferred Experience for the Payroll and Accounting Specialist:

• 
  
• Payroll experience, including multi-state payroll and tax withholding requirements.
• 
  
• At least 3 years of experience.
• 
  
• Comfortable with Excel.
• 
  
• Ability to work onsite in Cool Springs.
